How to Verify ?

To verify a certification, please enter the required details:

– Trainee ID/Certificate ID

Ensure that the information entered matches the details provided on the certificate.

Verification Output

Upon successful verification, the system will display:

– Trainee Full Name
– Parent / Guardian Name
– Course / Qualification Title
– Qualification Level (IQF Level 3 / 4 / 5)
– Assessment Score
– Certification Issue Date
– Approved Training Partner (Institute Name)
– Country of Certification

For Employers & Organizations

IVTEDF provides dedicated support for employer-based verification and background checks.

For departmental or employer verification requests, bulk verification, or institutional confirmation, please contact our Verification Department via email:

Please include:

– Trainee ID / Certificate Number
– Candidate Name
– Purpose of Verification

– IVTEDF certifications are issued through approved training partners and are aligned with vocational and skill-based training standards.
