The planned Africa Regional Development Center is intended to support future vocational education, skills-development and workforce-development initiatives across selected African markets.

The planned Southeast Asia Regional Development Center is intended to support future training partnerships, vocational development and workforce initiatives across selected Southeast Asian markets.
